We want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your LANEIGE purchase, you may return products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items purchased through unauthorized retailers or promotional sets must be returned in full to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened and any promotional gifts included in the purchase are added.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
